Dual-Degree Programs - Overview

Beginning in the fall of 2009, dual-degree programs will be available at MU to prospective science teachers. With the addition of only a few courses, students can earn two degrees:

• College of Arts & Science
• College of Education

College of Arts & Science College of Education
BA in Biological Sciences BS in Secondary Biology Education
BS in Chemistry BS in Secondary Chemistry Education
BA in Geology BS in Secondary Earth Science Education
BS in Physics BS in Secondary Physics Education

MU juniors and seniors seeking dual degrees in science and education may be eligible for $20,000 annual Noyce Scholarships beginning in the 2014-2015 school year.
