Do you love science, but aren't sure about a career in research or medicine? Have you thought about science teaching? If you are an MU student interested in exploring science teaching as a career, several opportunities are available:

     • Dual-degree programs (science/education)
     • Paid summer internships at science centers for MU freshmen and sophomores
     • $20,000 annual Noyce Scholarships for MU juniors and seniors seeking dual degrees in science and education (available
        through the 2014-2015 school year)

This National Science Foundation funded project is a collaborative effort involving faculty from the University of Missouri Science Education Center and the Departments of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geological Sciences, and Physics. We welcome your interest in our project and encourage you to learn more about the various opportunities that may be open to you.
